Do not only takes care fitness of body and stabilizes body weight, runs simply also stands is big in slowing down ageing. a research can prove it.

The research is done in Universitas Stanford Amerika Serikat observing people is having age 50 years upward. 538 mans that is age 50 years is more having habit to run multiple day for one week during the its life. Health they then in comparing to other people with range the same age but do not have habit to run.

They having habit to run is proven has resilience of body in comparing which not. Some abilities at people who runs not to have by group of on the contrary.

Habit runs makes the people has healthy life style and stable body weight and is fair. So in age more than semi century, they having fitness of body which still good.

In the research also provable that people who has habit to run in routine can lessen death risk because coming down with 50 %
